I honestly didn't expect to spend this many hours in Hypermarket Simulator, but this game is incredibly addictive. Starting with an empty building and slowly turning it into your own massive hypermarket is such a satisfying experience. What I love most is the freedom you get. You can design your own store layout, create different departments, manage your stock, organize your warehouse, hire employees, and constantly improve your store. It really gives you that "I built this place myself" feeling. The best part about this game is that the developer actually listens to the community. The Discord server is not just there for show, the developer actively helps players, responds quickly to questions, and takes bug reports seriously. Problems are often looked into and fixed quickly, which is something you don't always see with indie games. Of course, the game is still growing and there can be some bugs here and there, but seeing how involved the developer is makes me confident about the future of this game. If you enjoy simulation, management, building, organizing, or just love the feeling of running your own store, I highly recommend giving this game a try. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that there are currently not many decoration options available. I would really like to see this expanded in the future, with more variety and options to make your store feel even more unique and personal. Can't wait to see what gets added next. So 11 hours in all in all I do like the game. However, I am a bit annoyed by a few things. The lines get way to long and it takes super long for the goods to be put on the belt to scan. This slows the process down significantly. The daily hiring system is stupid. Everyday I have to pay HUNDREDs because one employee is not enough even with just one license because they keep stocking only salt and eggs. They work slow which I get because its the beginning but why are they stocking things that only need ONE more product compared to the empty shelves? So while I have a huge line of customers I have to stop to stalk... even after I spend $260 per employee per day (and thats only if they are available). This is the BIGGEST problem I have with the game. Everything else I thoroughly enjoy. So sure, I recommend but needs help bad!
Really good game with place anywhere walls huge store and the amount of products they have working out best layout for the store is unlike any other game only gripes i have so far is at max stock layout fps is taking a dive with a max level pc im struggling to get to 40fps and the stockers need to be 5x faster, at max products out it takes them 5 full days to restock the whole store even after being trained to full they are still so slow, maybe even implementing a fast forwards button that activates after 10pm so can forwards them would make it easier but just needs something overall im happy with the game n hope the future updates fix my issues and keep expanding
PLEASE READ If you like stock management and a lot of SKU's to unlock - this is the game for you. Very east to pick up. Very fluid & good feeling gameplay! So much to unlock and have fun with!!! But.. With that being said - after over 160 hours and getting to almost level 90 - here's my hot take. (this game is worth buying regardless of what I'm going to say next - they're personal minor inconveniences and just my thoughts on experience) There's a few add on updates they need. Please fix restockers and add more space to the shop... PRETTY PLEASE GIVE ME MORE SPACE. For true efficiency please fix when i buy multiple boxes at once - speakers only hold 2 per box - stockers put it on a shelf and makes it slow to restock. Also if something refrigerated needs to be stocked i have stockers stocking it on normal shelving creating fly's. Please fix to where they will only stock around refrigerated stocking shelves, Other than this its perfect. 4.6/5 stars currently. Could easily be a 5 star game with a few fixes. Thank you for creating such a fun game.
