Here before CallMeKevin. Honestly, what a great game. Find a friend who likes making pizza's (it helps if they were raised on Papa's Pizzaria) and a friend that like playing as a gangsta and you'll be good to go! My partner and I have thoroughly enjoyed playing so far. While playing in Early Access, here are some bug fixes/changes we have thought of: - fix $50 max on tip jars - have the ability to bike around the map - have better lighting throughout the shop - have a countdown for paying off your debt (I don't feel any pressure now, are we just too on top of it??) - fix cash payments so you can delete errors without having to back out of the entire transaction - ingredient boxes currently empty entirely into container even if the container cannot hold it all (ie freezer only has room for 5 more dough, a 10 count box will empty completely and you lose 5 dough) - different types of side quests, like being a hitman, could be interesting!
Definitely playable solo you want to come into this game focusing on keeping both businesses balanced if you lean too into the shady side the police will be snooping if you're too clean the mob will be knocking on the door. Your whole objective is to get enough crypto from shady jobs while keeping the pizza's flowing up front to pay your debt just remember not all customers need to be served. You'll see familiar faces and names and questionable items on the black market it's pretty fun looking forward to more content.
this game is honestly sooo fun, BUT there are definitely a few things that still need to be addressed!! i play solo so i completely understand some of the complaints people have; it can get really stressful. you’re basically doing the job of multiple people at once, with no pause button and no way to hire employees, so it gets overwhelming pretty fast. and another point i 100% agree with is the building/item placement issues.. they’re VERY real. things won’t place unless you’re at a specific angle, standing in a certain spot, or they just refuse to move for no reason. it gets super frustrating, especially when you’re trying to reorganize everything. BUT even with all that, i genuinely don’t think this game deserves negative reviews. it’s still early access, and the core gameplay is actually amazing. it’s insanely addictive & even when it’s stressing me out, i still find myself wanting to get back on the next day. the devs are honestly amazing. you can tell they actually care about the game and the community, and i fully trust they’re going to listen to feedback and improve things over time!! it really doesn’t feel like a cash grab at all, and while some of the criticism is valid, i think people are being a bit too harsh for where the game is at right now!!!! the concept is super cool and overall i 100% think it’s worth it, especially if you have a friend to play with. even one extra person would make the experience sooo much smoother!
I’m honestly impressed. For an early access game, it’s very well polished. There are a few small bugs here and there, but fixes seem to be coming out pretty frequently, so it’s clear the devs are working on it. Only Negative: I understand why the game includes CaseOh since he’s a big creator and it helps bring attention to the game. That said, his character feels a bit over the top. The huge pizza orders are funny and I don’t mind that part, but the extreme camera shaking and really loud footsteps feel out of place in what is otherwise a pretty calm and smooth game. It was funny the first time, but having it happen every time gets pretty annoying. I think it would work much better if the full effect only happened the first time for the joke, and then toned down after that.
