I'd say about the first 85% of the game is great. You're wandering around, exploring planets, putting together a story, with maybe a bit too much freedom but it still feels like you can progress at a good pace. The story is pretty obvious but still fun. The problem for me is that near the end of the game, you go from exploring things to a single click on an object that suddenly explains the whole story, who, and why, etc. And then you're just a few clicks from the end of the game. It felt so abrupt to me. But the rest of the game is really fun and interesting. The DLC is unfortunately 50 of the game's most frustrating puzzles smashed together, so I recommend just grabbing a walkthrough to see the additional story points and earn the achievements.

a really good and practically unknown sci-fi point & click, lots of cool places to visit and explore. I played the original version when it first came out, but the revamped one available here is a lot better in every way. still far from perfect, missing some settings, only 2 resolution options, some bugs, etc. but very much worth playing. the dlc is also highly recommended if you liked the cool wiring puzzles in the main game, as there are more of them there, not just a pdf and the soundtrack. it could've and should've been a standalone release.

I LOVED this game. At first, I thought it was boring af. Then I got into it an couldn't stop. Finished it in 2 days (5.5 hrs each est.) The puzzles are fairly easy - some require some random guessing and there is one (to open a door) that, I think, glitched, because I saw the answer for .5 seconds and could't find it again. I did have to cheat on that one. Otherwise, got it. I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoyed and Cyan game or Quern.

Ok... I sorely regret not playing this more when I first got it. It is eminently playable on Steamdeck. In fact the cosy style and pace, mixed with the strong intimate atmosphere more than make up for the fact that yes you have to use the Steam magnifier mode (recommend bind to grip for click toggle run in full HD as better for magnifier) In fat the style of the game is almost though it was built with magnifier in mind. This is THE story game I have been looking for on Steamdeck, an it was made about 8 years before.
