its pretty fun but it has bad performance on linux without async shader caching i used the following commandline arguements the nvidia ones are different DXVK_ASYNC=1 DXVK_STATE_CACHE=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1DXVK_ASYNC=1 DXVK_STATE_CACHE=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 %command% just so you know this isn't the only game that benefits from the above arguements you can pretty much use it on any unity game for amd/intel gpu
So, even though this game is not being developed anymore, for what it is, it is a very nice game. I'm considering this a mark improvement over KSP as far as the plane making and vehicle making experience is concerned. In KSP you cannot change the size of your parts without a mod. I think there's a mod for that, I could be mistaken. This game it's intrinsic. It is a makers game. You can build and create and test as the game uses real physics. I'm running it on my Linux Mint gaming machine with an old Saitek controller with no issues. I did however have to make sure the configuration settings were correct but that came easy. I this game for everyone? No. Who is it for? Those who enjoy building and testing.
I haven't played for very long, but I can tell this game is going to be pretty good. I got this game in a bundle and on sale for 5 dollars, which is probably the right price, considering it has been abandoned. Learning curve is fairly quick, which is good. You can make cars, aircraft (the main point of the game), boats, or a combination. This is probably one of those games you just think about randomly, play for 2 days, forget about it for 2 months, and restart the 2 day phase. TL;DR: Cool sandbox game, abandoned, get it on sale. Still recommend.
