If you like cooking games, then this is a no brainer. Easily a top cooking sim of 2026! It is a dash of Cooking Mama, with a lil quirkiness from Good Pizza, Great Pizza meets anime style Top Chef all combined to make the most satisfying bowl of noodles *om nom nom* The gameplay loop is simple but varied enough to keep me coming back for more. By day, you manage your noodle bowl shop. You take orders, prep, cook, plate and serve up tasty bowls earning reputation to become the best noodle shop in town. By night, you can explore, shop around, build relationships with the memorable cast or compete in the games rendition of Iron Chef. There are even mini games sprinkled throughout to spice things up. You can customize your restaurant front and craft new recipes for your menu. All this coupled with a wholesome story (and a cozy mode with no timer or patience meters, yahooo!!) The best part of this game tho, is the artwork. It is really stunning and well done to fit the style of the game. It plays flawlessly and very comfortably on the deck for a sim. Overall, this bowl hits all the right spots and is 100% worth your money and time if you are a fan of the genre.

Glad that there's a cozy mode option so I can just kind of chill instead of having to stress about time limits. Story, world, and characters are cute. I like that orders can become little puzzles, but sometimes it becomes word vomit and I spend a lot more time on an order than I feel like I should, which I imagine is probably a lot more stressful if cozy mode is off. Orders feel repetitive in the first few hours of the game, until you begin to unlock more and more ingredients. Overall it's very fun, I can't wait to see where it goes from here. TIP: If there's an order that you follow to a tee, but the exact ingredients don't match the condition the customer wants (i.e sourness), you can add another ingredient not listed to adjust the order to that condition.

One of the best Cooking games i've played so far. SImple. Casual. Artsyle charming. Music is endearing. Reminds me of Papa's series and also Food Wars. If you love cooking games, I would 100% say to give this a try!

Just play it. If you like cooking, or just a chill and cozy game to play, this is it. We have very few good cooking games in this ocean of asset flips, and this is the one in a thousand good ones. And no AI (apparently). I will update this review and make it complete as I get more hours.
