Not a bad little game, definitely worth the money if you enjoy incremental style games. Music is pretty good. Sound effects are okay. The tree gives buffs that feel like buffs. Grinding IS needed but the game can be 100% run in 3 hours, so not much in the way of repeating levels non-stop. The only thing I'll say that I DON'T enjoy: The fact that you can't 'beat' the game without prestige. On one hand, that's not a huge issue to give alternate endings/better endings - but THE ending? I'd also have liked a harder mode, or difficulty modes, something to justify multiple prestige runs, give it more replay value. Have it unlock new skills, etc. As it stands, it's a cute little game for a few bucks that will give a few hours of fun play. Well done and maybe one day we'll get some content updates to add a bit more. Maybe jump on the collab bandwagon, since it's in the Master Healer Kale x Loot Loop bundle: How about tossing Kale in for the healer, or something like that?
I liked playing this game, but one huge caveat; this game DOES NOT HAVE idler support. I know it looks like it does, but there's absolutely no automation in the game at any point, beyond automating the click-to-attack feature in the game's first 5 minutes. I was a little disappointed by this, since the game is inherently a skill-spam HP-wall simulator with scalar upgrades. The reason for this choice to actively boycott a quality-of-life that has been an idler standard for a decade, is the same reason that the default game icon is the Unreal Engine logo. The dev is (hopefully) just really inexperienced, by an industry standard. Also, just a note for any solo devs reading this, Unreal Engine is OVERKILL for a game like this. Just use Godot and save yourself some time. Godot doesn't even charge for sales. It's open-source.
It's a fun little game for a very small ammount of money, especially if it's in sale. But I noticed a few things: - The money Explosion, if you kill a boss, is nice to look at BUT very annoying to collect, because some of the coins and crystal just flew out of the screen, which makes it very hard, some even impossible to collect - If you go to the settings, it resets your window size, if you decide to run this game in windowed mode - The game still have the unreal engine logo as its game icon, looks ugly though - An option for displaying the pickup area would be a nice QOL update - The game is missing endgame content, regarding to other reviews, you're done with the game within 3-5h, which is not good
