Very cute, very stylish low poly room decorating game! The custom furniture feature is really cool. My only complaint is the lack of an undo button, or a way to return an item to its previous position if you accidentally pick it up. I hope the developer receives enough support for this game that they can add this feature! EDIT: The features I wanted were added! Now I have no complaints! :D

Full disclosure, I p*rated this to try it out, opened it, saw the menu, closed it, deleted the file, opened Steam, bought it, then played it for five hours. Made a mermaid bed. I am chewing on this game. It has given me chunky pastel brainworms. Thank you.

Get creative making your own dioramas using a whole host of settings and objects or create your own custom furniture from scratch. Settings & Extras Settings & extras include; resolution & screen mode options, quality options, interface scale, audio controls, language, cursor type, selection appearance, grid and default object sizing. The Gameplay & Tips The game has an optional tutorial that is broken down into 10 mini room objectives to complete that get you used to scaling, size, colouring and mechanics. I did find some things were not covered in the tutorial and learned though just by trying everything. Here are some tips from my time trying things out. Tips 🔹 You can change the look of the floor and walls by clicking on them (three icons will pop up). The first is to change the floor size and shape (templates are provided but limited). The second icon is colour and the third icon is finishes (wood, tile, etc). Sadly if you pick a patterned wallpaper you cannot colour it different colours (like stripes). At least I did not find a way. 🔹 Remember to save your rooms manually. Go to settings and Save. There are plenty of save slots. 🔹 To dup an item just hold down shift after creating the first one (like string lights), to string them in a row. 🔹 When you place a fake wall you put items up against it but not on it (like artwork or a mirror). 🔹 When you move an item, a table for example. Items you placed on it will NOT move with it. Just keep placement in mind when putting down items before you start going crazy with the small details. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3544188952 Wishlist 🔸 I wish we could do multi-level or multi-room layouts. At this time you can only do single rooms but change the shapes of walls and the floor above. You can also allude to an upper floor or other rooms by using doors, stairs and putting in walls. 🔸 Item snapping for things like kitchen cupboards and cabinets to line them up easily. 🔸 More lighting, especially wall lights like sconces. 🔸 Allow us to colour patterned flooring and wallpapers. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3544198829 Overall Experience I am enjoying this creative game and the developer has stated they have free updates and more content planned for the future. There are certainly things I would love to see but what is present and for the price makes for an enjoyable time. You can also create your own furniture (I still have yet to really get into this part of the game). The game also supports mod creations through Steam so you can share and download items the community has created. This keeps the game fresh and some people in the community are very talented and create some amazing things (as a big House Flipper fan I can attest to this). So.... if you are a developer, the name "Kenny" rings a bell, and buying this game should be a no-brainer for you, after all the free assets Kenney has released over they years. They deserve every euro they can get. If you are a casual gamer, who looks for cozyness and likes to decorate stuff - this game is for you. Just let your imagination roll. You have so much freedom, you can build your own furniture, and it's overall just a cozy and lovely experience.

Saw it in the store - love from the first sight, instantly bought and went to test this masterpiece. Controller support is okay (playing on a steam deck), but lack of the sensitivity settings makes it a bit hard to navigate. Could be personal preference issue though
