It's MGS3. YES, buy it if you want to play it on PC. It's far from perfect, though. I'd recommend downloading the HD audio mod from Nexus, and search Google for the mod to make it borderless fullscreen (full and windowed are your only native options).

New to the franchise, this was my first Metal Gear game and my entry point. At first things felt kinda clunky, I noticed how long cutscenes and dialogue were, I noticed that the game really doesn't hold your hand, in fact it often leaves you stranded many times. But the more I played the more these aspects of the game grew on me. I really enjoyed the dialogue, the lore, and the lack of hand holding. Being left to my own devices required some creativity and I did get used to the very strange controls fortunately lol. Overall, a real blast, the game left me confused, and I think I still am a bit... But I look forward to piecing it all together as I continue my journey through the MGS games. Solid 9/10 (Im a sucker for stealth)

This game is the greatest B list movie of all time. every cut scene is ridiculous and quotable and fun. metal gear is my favorite video game franchise other than dark souls and ill never not recommend them. for some reason though there is no control settings or resolution settings in game, instead you need to download a community mod, but the game is from konami and its generally expected for them to do the absolute bare minimum. still play the game though, if you're interested you'll probably enjoy it. Runs great on steamdeck too.
