I would rather give this game mixed review more than positive or negative. The game overall is alright, but it's getting boring doing same thing over and over, which is you drill, your mine capacity gets full, return to surface, clean it and go back keep drilling. I guess this game would be more fun playing with others but I don't have others to play with.

It's not quite as much fun as Steamworld Dig 2, but it will do until SWD3 comes out! Really though, this is a fun digging game, and the price is right. Definitely worth picking up if you like this genre and pixel graphics.

Fun little mining game that scratched all the right itches for this genre. My big complaint really would be with the upgrading system, every mech you buy doesn't start better than the previous one, it just gives it a higher capacity for upgrades. So you end up having to play a long time before getting your new mech just to the level of the previous one, then you can finally start getting upgrades that actually do something. That being said though, still a very fun game and for 98 cents I can't complain too much. I had a good time for the whole 8 hour experience.

For $3 it's worth it. Beat the game, the mining kinda got annoying at the end but other than that it's def worth the time and money. If the frog guy isn't in the next game I'm not buying it. Need more frog guy content.
