Not for Button Mashing Rating: 8/10 How hard is this game for a Beginner? > My win rate @medium difficulty in Story mode was 55% 🗿 Game has 100s of attacks. All well detailed, all different, many characters, many variations, many skins. It is very overwhelming first 10 hours. There is a very steep learning curve. Don't expect you gonna roll in and smash buttons and see supercool attacks and Finish enemy lol. NO. You gonna get wrecked with cool attacks instead. It has a story mode, it is almost 5-6 hours long where 2 hours are cutscenes. Story was engaging, nothing extraordinary you haven't seen in superhero movies. But it was still nice. You play with variety of characters and environment, different enemies. So it doesn't feel stale. Then there is Tower. You fight 10 enemies with a chosen character. Then there is an online and local versus mode. You can unlock few cool moves and skins by playing these but I lost interest, like I've seen them all already (tho I haven't, there are 100s of fighting styles will take ages to discover). Main problem is, special attacks are very hard to execute cuz they just don't work everytime flawlessly. As a beginner or casual player, can you still enjoy the game? > Yes, absolutely. Play in easy, and you can finish with basic easy attacks that are common among all characters. And occasional special Kombos with random luck button mashing lol. Remember, if you losing..do Upper Cuts, enemy AI hates it. Just the combat is way too detailed so you'll miss out on exploring everything. Attaching this Trailer because it's damn cool..
