I loved this game no bugs and you can actruly own your hotel and gas station and super market in one whole game

Fun game! Really enjoying it. Can see a few areas where improvements could be made, For example, would be really good if the owner could have a tablet to keep track of stuff whilst running around, maybe to place orders or to keep track of stock.

Overall it is a great concept for a game, however the game has some issues, the workers find it hard to do their jobs more and more, with 15 rooms, my staff have pretty much stopped doing housekeeping, (fixed that, there was a unit in the shop that they couldnt navigate around) they never completely fill the shelves in the shop, even though i have increase the amount of products they can place on them,, often you will find them just stood staring at the shelves in the warehouse, also once you get a bus stop, you just get a constant stream of guests wanting rooms even when your hotel is full, you need a manual switch to change the sign to no vacancies to clear them out or something,,, so why did i say yes play this game i am wondering to myself, i got at least 40 hours game play before this became too annoying,,

A fun sim where progress is continual and nicely paced. You can do most things right away and are mainly limited by your income rather than by arbitrary levels. The tutorial is clear and helpful and you can switch off aspects of the game you don't enjoy. Staff are generally reliable but slow; you can almost always do any task yourself more effectively and efficiently, but if you pay close attention to what they're doing and actively manage switching them on and off and from one task to another, you can get them to do the really grindy bits for you, even from the very early stages of the game. All in all, just what I like in a sim.

Motel Manager Simulator is a surprisingly fun and addictive experience! The game really nails the balance between realism and entertainment. You’ll find yourself managing everything from room bookings to customer satisfaction, and the attention to detail really makes it feel like you're running a real business. It’s challenging but in the best way—every decision counts, whether it's handling guest complaints or upgrading your motel. The progression system keeps you engaged, and it’s so rewarding to see your motel grow and improve over time. If you love management sims, this one is a must-play. It’s got the perfect mix of fun, strategy, and realism to keep you hooked for hours. Definitely one of my favorite new finds on Steam!
