This is a short, neat little walking sim type of game, where the focus is the story, and the horrors and mystery of it. I enjoyed the way the story unravelled, it felt like watching Wandavision in that as you get more info you start making different theories about what is really happening, and just one tid-bit can completely change the direction your theories go. The gameplay is very light though, so if walking sims aren't palatable for you then this ain't it for you.

The story is alright and the gameplay is workable, but it pales in comparison to SOMA or Still Wakes the Deep. It's a shame the devs parted ways after this project came out, because I'm sure they could've made a much better game after this. Get it on sale

Solid narrative game, a few issues with collision but overall if you want to play something about slowly dying in a claustrophobic dive-suit at the bottom of the sea, this is a good pick.

Decent game, the controls are light(few) so you should not make many button mistakes if you tend to hop from title to title a lot. Music and location makes for a very foreboding experience, in one location/chapter for me especially, not scary as such but one area you have a couple of moments in the wide open depths surrounding you, no cover for a few seconds just darkness around all sides with only the sea floor with you, not a place you want to stay too long especially if you run out of flares, the game should of had more of these moments of terror of the depths, in my opinion. I got the feeling it was more a showing of the characters mind breaking down in a cheap startling way that was already a bit stale in films years before this game, jump startling aside, the story carries itself pretty well most of the way through, twist at the end was OK but also leaves everything leading up to that a bit meh, maybe that's just me. I don't like the checkpoint system, chapters are quite short but some areas become tedious fast multiple times from the start, thankfully you only have to collect ids and collectable things once, the game remembers even when you die! something i found out later in the game my play time is on one and a half runs through the game as i got lost in some areas so not as short for me as it might and has been for others. Only minor issues, but chapter 8 at first was not showing up for me until I went through the previous chapter and 8 again, and once I experienced falling through the game world while going through a normal passable space/door. Decent Game.
