It's just paper... And yet, Papetura is a true visual masterpiece! With its hand-crafted paper environments and enchanting atmosphere, this game proves that a little bit of paper can create pure magic.

Duo rescues papier-mâché world from arsonist in debut point & click adventure It's great as an art piece and ok as an adventure game. The hand-crafted paper world is breathtaking and worth the price of admission. The music and sound underscore it beautifully. Sadly, the animations are sluggish and the puzzles a bit obtuse.

Papetura is a lovely but simple game based on a sequence of simple puzzles, each in a slightly different atmospherically lit location. The game is short (it's not a flaw) and took me 75 minutes, while the producer claims it takes about 2 hours. In my opinion this is slightly exaggerated. At the very end the game tells a nice story, at some moments even touching, and is definitely worth getting familiar with.

played through the whole game and i'm still amazed by how the entire artwork is handmade. a beautifully made game with a touching story. the beginning was a little tricky to figure out without any dialogues or clear prompts, but once you got the hang of the storytelling, it became easy enough. loved it!
