I spent more than fifteen years rollerblading. It was a huge part of my life. Today, I’ve been working as a video game journalist for over a decade, so when I first heard about this project, I was honestly a little worried. We’ve seen a few rollerblading games announced over the years that either disappeared or simply didn’t feel right. What a great surprise this has been. I’m genuinely impressed and excited by what I’ve played in Early Access so far. Most importantly, the game already feels really good with a controller in hand. There’s something about the movement, the flow and the overall feeling of skating that immediately clicked with me. Of course, it’s still Early Access and there’s plenty of room for the game to grow, but the foundations are already very strong. If the developer happens to read this review, I’d also love to have a chat or interview about the project for The Share Players, the French gaming media outlet I run. Feel free to get in touch! Congratulations on a fantastic Early Access release. If you love rollerblading, this is absolutely worth checking out.
