I don't really get the mix/negatives. The gameplay was actually smooth with no real bugs, and yes, the story and game is really short, with no real puzzles: but it is all about the adventure and learning the story at a casual pace~. I think my only real complaint is the frame rate. I had aloot of it drop, even after forcing it to set at 60 fps. I think this is due to actual 'Audio overlap': as I had alot of water moments that sounded like the audio was overlapping 10+ of the same sound causing that crazy 'lagging music/ambiance' sorta stuttery sound too. Otherwise: The story was actually straight forward, but cute. It is kinda rushed, but again, short game and is all about just telling you the story of why you are journeying. I think another small complaint here, is the 'Ink' or 'Darkness' "secrets" you find: are *too* obvious to find honestly. And these are required for a special ending like most collectible games. Just after finding the first 3-4: you already know the 'secret of the scarf' and who you are- which that really does feel overly rushed or given away. But I also love that it has this little twist in the story too. *The world/graphics: Beautiful~. I especially loved the Forest obviously cause I personally love them in any game or irl lol. But it was just fairy-tale like and mystical. *Music: also beautiful~. I'd def listen to an OST of this. *Gameplay of skills: I think worked perfectly for me all the way. No fails or lags etc. In fact, some puzzle feel even skipable because the glider seems too OP for its own good lol. I know I've notice I flew over a few small puzzles: that woulda just took me a second to do anyway to unlock a bridge or something. So overall rating: 9/10 I suggest the game: for a short and interesting story told, and even the narration is pleasant and fitting. I would suggest it on sale tho: espesh for them to never fix the frame rate bugs.

Got this game for the beautiful visuals, stayed for the surprisingly deep and immersive story. I loved getting both endings and interacting with my sparkly scarf. Recommend!

Scarf is a visually appealing puzzle platformer. i did get confused quite a bit on where to go next but i eventually figured it out 7/10

This game is gorgeous, the music is very peaceful, the story feels like it's going to be very powerful and emotional. The game is chill, puzzles are fun but not overly challenging to the point of frustration. I am looking forward to exploring more of this wonderfully crafted world.

This is a nice puzzle platformer with large areas to explore. The puzzles are easy and the platforming never gets too difficult. The game is comparable to games like Journey and Rime. If you like those games you will probably like Scarf. I read that other reviewers complained about bugs and bad performance. I had no difficulty with both. I had smooth framerates all throughout the game and I encountered only one bug where I softlocked myself in the terrain. I enjoyed playing this game. All in all this is a good game.
