was shocked to see the two faces of my favorite terraria mod on the store page and it became an instant buy. the story so far is really strong, and the gameplay itself holds up. some people have said it feels slow compared to its genre, which is true, but i think it speaks to the game's playstyle being more strategic than others.
I played the heck out of the original Terraria mod and loved it, and to see the characters from that mod be part of a fully fledged game is insane. There may not be much now, but I very much look forward to seeing where this game goes. Even the stuff that's there now is intense but not backbreaking, and there's lots of options to keep things fresh. ...also Asphodene is absolutely precious and I love her.
