Very unique and very enjoyable. Besides a few bugs which are inevitable with new games and have also been mostly fixed, its great. Amazing character design and fun concept. Very good replay ability because of all the modifiers, items and different pills each round and not to mention getting a different kind of disease every game. Rashes, leprosy, deformations, and possibly the loss of teeth and/or eyes. Also, gambling = infinite peace and happiness forever for all of eternity. This concludes my review. 5 stars.
