it's legit crazy how good these games hold up. I remember playing sonny 2 in highschool and it was a mind blowing experience. There's something so simple and charming about these games. The combat is snappy, the abilities are interesting, getting items from combat is so incredibly fun because each piece of armor modifies your characters look. The game also does its best to make each battle feel memorable by giving voiced dialogue to your opponents and quirky personalities. There's an insane amount of buffs and debuffs and you'll constantly be hovering status cards to frantically read what something does in the middle of battle in order to best act. The games have a gazillion surprises in store for you. It's a GOOD ASS time... It's simple; fight enemies, get items, and watch numbers go up!!
If only we got the REAL third game man... I remember playing both games. when i was like 6 years old and I didn't understand anything about it, but it was still a lot of fun for me. Sonny 1 and 2 are probably my most played flash games ever and I wish the series would return somehow.
