The world’s most powerful heroes, who were supposed to protect mankind, are now its biggest threat. Enter Task Force X, better known as the Suicide Squad, a ragtag crew of criminals who’d much rather be anywhere else but are stuck on a suicide mission, thanks to Amanda Waller and her signature head-exploding microchips. Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark are now humanity’s last hope (yikes), and their job? Take down the very heroes they’ve spent their lives either running from or fanboying over. No pressure. Visuals & Audio Visually, the game is a treat. Metropolis is vibrant and detailed, contrasting the darker tones of the Arkham series. Character models are meticulously crafted, capturing the essence of each anti-hero. The animations, especially during combat and traversal, are fluid and satisfying. The only backdraw is that Harley doesn’t look like the Harley you see in the movies. They did her dirty, in my opinion at least. On the audio front, the voice acting is top-notch, bringing personality to the squad members. The soundtrack complements the action, with dynamic scores that ramp up during intense moments and mellow out during exploration. As soon as I booted the game I tried to select the: "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option in the legal notice popout (and yes with that exact capitalization). The game redirected me to a page that says: "The Warner Bros. Discovery Privacy Center is Not Available in Your Region To learn more about your privacy rights, visit our Privacy Policy." If this game was not $3 during the steam sale I would have refunded it right there. Thank you Warner Bros, you didn't only killed Cartoon Network but you also likely killed Rocksteady.

Get past the tutorial part and the game is actually not that bad. Definitely doesn't deserve the full price at it's current state but in this 95% winter sale it's definitely a good grab for u.

Get it on a discount (70% or more) play the short story, mess around a bit, uninstall and move on. You'll get a couple hours of fun gameplay, and mediocre story.
