If your computer is not powerful enough to handle the 3d version of this game then this is a good alternative to experience what Dark Deception has to offer

Is this a good game? Yes. Do I recommend it? Yes and no. It's very fun and I love that you can choose your different characters so now I can finally play as my favorite characters without having to purchase Monsters & Mortals. The gameplay is also pretty fluid and I think it works well in a 2D state. However, Deadly Decadence is so unbelievably difficult because the weeping angel mechanic is so weird, and I feel like it doesn't really work very well. I died FIFTEEN times during that mission but I've already gotten an S rank in the OG Dark Deception. Also, with the Doom Duckie bossfight, I really feel like you don't have enough room and that makes it obscenely difficult. Not as hard as Deadly Decadence, but still really difficult, a little too hard. If you haven't played Dark Deception, I would recommend just trying that out first, the first chapter is free (I think at least).

Dare I say this is more fun than the original dark deception? well I think so it is still some how scary to a point were the only thing is you can see your death sooner, overall it has the same difficulty as the regular game some bugs but amazing over all cant wait for the rest of it!

This is a good start to the game. It can be very frustrating to play at times due to the way it is. but it's fun (when it is). I highly recommend to play with a controller because trying to play this game while switching and activating powers with a key board and mouse is really fricking frustrating. Never play this game with a keyboard! But overall, as a fan of this franchise, this is pretty good.

such a fun yet challenging game. the lore is a banger, and you have to check out the first of extras to your right. s ranking takes a lot out of you if your looking for a challenge, i just S ranked stranger sewers after 60 tries..took everything out of me. They have unique characters(S rank deadly decadence for my favorite character(;) and its a nice pac man style game. i could go on and on but cant take up all your time. I very highly recommend this game. Now its 11/1/2024 and i find they may be unreliable because they made 2 post pones on super dark deception chapter 2 losing all its hype, and it probably will get post poned again. They made a promise and at the end of the month suddenly post pone so for all we know they might not be working on it at all making the wait not worth the trouble.
