Sept. 2025
While the game is very, very fun to play, my God, is the optimization bad. There is no reason for this game to be as resource-intensive as it is. Gameplay itself is an 8.5/10. Optimization is more of a 4/10. Still a fun game to play when you're bored. Time for a re-review after 1.0 launched: The game is still fun to play, but quite frankly, I'm disappointed. Most of the things I would've wanted fixed or changed are still the same. The optimization is still not that great but now more like a 6/10 than a 4/10. Gameplay hasn't changed all that much. The main problem in my eyes is that once you're all set up, there's basically no reason to play anymore. The customer limit is still the same, and it still doesn't make sense to actually have a lot of different items for sale, as it will just tank your earnings. The main gameplay loop is just to unlock the next highest pack you can sell and stick to only that. In the early game, the game is still quite tedious, and while fun, it gets repetitive easily. Then in the mid-game, you're having a lot of fun since your store is mostly automated, and you can just race all day or do other stuff. The endgame then gets boring and is mostly a restock-your-store simulator. As far as I can tell, having cars for sale will still tank your store's rating, as customers still only look for one specific car, and if you don't have it, they leave a 2-star review. The "main" feature for the update is customization, in my opinion, which isn't what the game needed. It needs an exciting gameplay loop. Sure, it's nice to be able to make your store stand out, but that's only in comparison to other players, so it doesn't really matter. All in all, I still recommend the game, but it needs new, actual content, not just another pack rarity to stretch out game completion. Leaderboards were also added with the update, which are nice. That's basically everything I can say about them. All in all, the game is a 7/10 for me with ~50 hours or so of content until it becomes stale.

Good game I do recommend it but it's lacking some detail and over all content for the amount that it lets you expand your shop. My biggest complaint is the fact that expanding your store seems to do nothing at all besides raise your rent and employees salaries... Doesn't seem to bring more customers with each expansion as expected meaning as you progress the only thing to unlock is something that makes you work against yourself. I've tried expanding, adding shelves, adding registers, game tables to play on and... ultimately nothing at all seems to affect the amount of customers you get. I've tried to raise the store rating to see if that affects it by carrying all items and trying to stock as many individual cars as possible before opening and... the store rating seems to be fake/doesn't work. Got the same messages about not having certain cars in stock and has stayed consistently at about 2.5-3.1. If expanding didn't raise rent this would be totally fine tbh because it then becomes a time based challenge instead of goal based and I mean that works too. I was also a little disappointed you could only paint certain cars and they weren't even particularly worth much after putting the effort in to do so... I would rate this game 3.5/5 (-1 for lack of coding mechanics to reward effort and only -0.5 for lack of content because its early access) because some things just simply aren't making sense. Like....not being rewarded for carrying a variety of items in your store instead of just the last you can unlock... Game kinda starts falling apart after you get so far due to missing game mechanics. Would be nice to be able to combine boxes in storage to condense as another small random example. Not a big deal but little things add up. Will be excited to keep up with updates as they come. It's enjoyable/promising but does need some work to make it up there with the best out right now. One thing I believe could help with replay/entertainment value is getting all your cars with NO stats so you have to build them THROUGH racing them with customers and they gradually get better as they race. Similarly getting car PARTS so you can build them yourself would have been really fun. Either would give a much deeper experience. A lot of little things could be done but I don't regret grabbing it to check it out to see what a game like this could be that isn't a TCG! It's been fun. :)

It's a really fun, addictive game. Opening car boxes is like gambling, but its very time consuming. The hunt house is fun in the beginning, but as you progress, you don't find very many cars over $100, and the "new" cars are harder to find. If you skip going to hunt house every time it opens, the number of "new" cars goes up, but still, its almost impossible to find them. Opening car boxes is the most addictive, however, it gets boring fast - too many cars under $10.00, not enough big ticket cars. I'm at level 36, and there is no more goals to reach. Buying store footage at this level, is too expensive - considering your selling mainly $10.00 cars, which makes the profit margin very slim. In summary, the fun is in the beginning of the game; certainly not after level 35. Also, after carefully organizing the storage room, the workers still place boxes everywhere and anywhere, which causes inventory chaos. I'll STOP playing for now, because its not worth the effort. Hoping devs don't shelve this game, has a lot of potential.

I've played this a little bit and it's fun! As I'm writing this I have collected all available cars (559) apparently more series coming and a blackmarket, so I have definitely got my money's worth out of this game and I would highly recommend if you love collecting games!

If you like TCG Card Shop Simulator you'd probably like this game. It offers some of the same RNG, pack-opening mechanics that are fun. The foundation for the game is very solid and I think it has a lot of potential. Since the game is early access, expect the usual issues of less over content and some balance issues with the economy, but I've enjoyed my time playing it regardless. The only real negative opinion I have is about the achievements. There are some VERY heavy RNG achievements that are tedious to achieve and one that is practically impossible at the moment.
