What I was looking for in a hex and counter game Modern Era and a lot of WW2 material. I guess it could be better the way you interact with the game is OK but could be smother and of course understanding the system is bit of reading but not that bad unless you REALLY wanna get in to it there is gonna be a LOT of math. Overall really good highly recommend.

I would say the UI is a little clunky and maybe a little dated, but this game has a lot of variety and I have enjoyed playing it. Took a while to understand the editor, and how that works, but once I understood it was an easy tool to create my own games.

Probably one of the most in depth wargames, several unique mechanics and great professional looking graphics and UI (I really like the color palette used for counters and the overall feel). On top of that hundreds of exceptionally done scenarios in all possible historical periods, this is a must buy for any serious lover of this genre, it's a fantastic game and infinitely replayable.
