wow. just wow. I have no words to describe how amazing this game is. I have some suggestions: sponges and coral. sea-stars, maybe? bigger planet sizes for bigger animals so people can recreate subnautica

This game is incredible, one can TELL that the developer has a burning passion for both evolution and this game. It is hard to put into words but I really love that even PLANTS are have simulated evolution (duh) which is unusual for this genre of games. This game has sooo much potential and has already caught me. THANK YOU DEVELOPER!

It's a well-planted game, the creator is underrated, it's like Spore, which is a game I LOVE, but with updates! Overall, The Sapling is an underrated game with an underrated creator, I hope the creator makes more games because this game is GREAT. 10/10

the game is like spore but instead of control and evolve one species, in the sapling you can make 1 algae species and skip 250-1000 years and sea the algae expand (pun intended). additionally if you turn-on random mutations the algae evolve to have all the colours of the colour spectrum and the algae can evolve into land plant like trees and grass. after the algae/plant evolve it FOOD for animal which might start out as simple "fish" the animal can evolve to fly, hunt and a more complex fish. 1 thing i do not like about the sapling is that they a glitch where sometimes when i skip time it freeze on the skip time screem but that could be my computer
