The tags I'd give it are: time management + gal game + turn-based combat. You only have limited action points each week, and researching cyberware, running commissions, managing the Gold Bar, and building bonds are all competing for your time, so you really have to set clear priorities.

The gameplay revolves around two core pillars: turn-based combat and bar management, with an addictive limited-action planning system-you assign crew members to run the bar and earn money, research and develop gear, take on outside commissions, and build character bonds. It really captures that satisfying sense of time-management strategy.

In the early game, you'll absolutely need to rely on Cao Zhi and Guan Yinping to break shields, so I highly recommend investing in them—otherwise, battles will be very tough

The combat system is all about exploiting shield weaknesses and breaking defenses. You boost skill damage through character buffs and type-effectiveness multipliers against enemies. Even my friend, after playing for a while, agreed that once you get deeper into team building, it actually gets quite interesting.
