Just finished this game and it is absolutely amazing. Snagged it on sale and couldn't be happier. The story was so confusing, until it wasn't, and the twist at the end literally had my jaw on the floor. 10/10 recommend

This game is beautiful. Its art, its story, its music, everything about it is a pleasure for the senses and the soul.

This is a walking simulator, as boring as it could be gameplay-wise. But the story and the world are gems, while the aesthetics are a feast for the eyes. Extra credits for the "building universes based on customer requests" minigame.

Universe For Sale creates a wonderfully rich world with characters that feel real and vibrant. The story was a wonderful one and beautifully brought to life with stunning artwork. The game needs a quick save feature as you cannot manually save progress so if you want to play when you have other things to do later it may take a while to save and let you go. The gameplay elements are minimal but i was happy to be swept along in the welcoming story. Great fun.

It's very much a story-first type game, so if you're looking for a choices-matter ordeal you're not going to find that here. It's basically a visual novel with a couple of light puzzle elements. That being said the story is well told, the worldbuilding is vast and interesting, overall it's a really good experience. Honestly I'm just shocked that a project with this much effort seeping out of every pore is as obscure as it is. It's not flawless, but I'd rate it well above other games that get talked about much more. Give it a shot, especially if you love non-linear storytelling and interesting worldbuilding.
