This game gained a spot in my Favorites due to its level design. The game is set in Kowloon which is supposed to be a densely populated city, and you navigate through Mysterious backstreets and cramped alleyways, giving an immersive claustrophobia and isolation and a feeling of being watched constantly. I would love a version of the game where I can just freely walk around the place and play some lofi music.

Welcome to Kowloon is a short psychological and supernatural horror set in the bowels of Kowloon, where our protagonist has found an apartment to hide out in but didn't expect that in this suburb there would be horrors waiting to awaken him. It's a short game, but it delivers a tense caustrophobic premise with closed walls, camera movements and some cheap jumpscares.

These types of games are a fine line for me, I understand what I am getting into but even then they are sometimes just too budget for me and I don't feel they are worth me even attempting to play through. Thankfully this is not one of those games and for the cheap price you can get this game for I do think it is probably worth the hour or so it takes to finish. There is nothing here you haven't seen, its a budget horror walking simulator with cheap jump scares and a very basic setting much like so many of these low budget survival horror games. But it does well at creating a very intense and nerve wracking ambience you want from these games and even though I was very much expecting the cheap jump scares, yeah okay they still got me a couple of times. Was very excited for this one (I love Kowloon!) for people who don't know the story about Kowloon please read about it it's very interesting!) But unfortunately the game runs really cluncky? although it showed 200+ fps. Cannot recommend it at this stage from my experience. Looking at the reviews it's probably not a common problem and you should just give the game a chance because everything else was great for the small amount i played. I wish it had a neutral review option. So see this one as that :)

This is short but sweet. You can finish in less than an hour. It's not annoyingly difficult; you're walking through a haunted city, back and forth, slowly to get some keys and unlock progress. Perfect for a short little snap of horror in between longer games, but definitely do not expect this to be 1. a long game 2. have any replay value. It presents itself like a short creepypasta and even throws in some heart with the appearance of a sweet puppy. If you collect games, you might as well give this one a try. It takes under an hour for all achieves, and the graphics of the city are pretty/spooky. Good times!
