This game takes maybe 4-8 hours to complete, anyone with more playtime than this thoroughly enjoyed the game. That's a lot of people, so if you're thinking of buying this game just buy it. It's a great game

I'd recommend playing WitchSpring R before so you don't get lost during some later scenes, this is the 3rd installment after all, but for the most part the story is self-contained. Expect some cool twists! The gameplay is very fun and not hard at all, you can get overpowered and decimate everything in your way, I barely had to grind anything. I personally enjoy the graphics and music, and the characters are charming and cute Also, it works well on Steam Deck and I didn't need to change anything, it just works.

So... here's a funny story. Over ten years ago, I purchased Witch Springs 2 and 3 on my tablet on the google play store. And I swear I spent like... a week just playing WS2 and getting Luna to the highest stat I could while playing through the story. For some reason, WS3, I almost felt rushed so Eirudy actually did struggle at the end boss and I never even attempted the big ancient dragon in the desert. From my memory, I loved it, they were both really emotional stories, back then I less mature I suppose and really was like 'nah, screw the humans, let 'em burn'. And upon playing them a second time, a virus broke my tablet and I lost access to the two games and many others. So, when I found this on Steam, I was very happy. I have the emotional maturity to truly get both sides of the conflict and maybe see some plot holes - but I still enjoyed playing this game. And by the end, I was using a single spell or the 6/7 hit combo to kill everything in one turn. Cutscenes always has the MC at their weakest, I swear. XDXD Anyway, I really do love these games and thank Kiwiwalks for bringing them to steam. I was always hoping to see Witch Spring 4 and play it too. And I know 2 is out, just not on steam, so I really do hope to see more Witch Springs games on later.

When a yandere witch meets a twink. A great sequel to the first game while also expanding the world and lore of other islands. In short, you are a cute girl who does cute things, from giving life to dolls to slaughtering villagers to fuel your dolls. As always, great story with decent gameplay. It is a moble port, so beware of the jankiness it comes with. It has 3 endings to choose. A post content for the super optional bosses to fight and a small showcase of WS4 whenever that is coming to steam. WS 2 and 4 on steam when pls. This game does spoilers the ending of WS1 and 2, so at least either finish WS 1, 2, or R first before playing WS3

A story as old as time. Girl meets boy. Boy ignores girl because he has shit to do (based). Girl gets wrapped up in a dramatic story involving betrayal, witch hunts, and family issues. Overall, a quick, comfy game to beat over a weekend. It has traditional JRPG combat, training montages, optional boss battles, and 3 possible endings. There is a post-game with extra content. Easy achievements if you are an achievement hunter. A good port of a mobile game. Works well with a game controller. I recommend buying when it is on sale. I don't feel like this game has enough content worth the full base price.
