STEAM DECK —> I just wanted to let Deck and other handheld users know that I created a community layout for us. It’s “BohoLibra’s Steam Deck//Handheld Layout.” I’ve played through five in-game days with that layout and I think it works well! I’ve had this game on my wishlist for a long while, held back by the lack of controller support. But after taking matters into my own hands, I think it’s quite playable now on my Legion Go (with SteamOS; performs nearly identically to my Deck). I’ve played for just a bit, not enough to write a meaningful review of any sort. But so far, I think that the game is super cute. I love seeing the woodland animals lining up at the door, eagerly awaiting me to open the diner. :D It seems there is lots to do. The tutorial eases you into everything nicely. There are some quirks with the English translation, but nothing that prevents me from understanding the gist of things. Also, if you don’t wish for your character to look like a robot, there’s plenty of customization options. My character looks like a pixel art version of me; you can make your “robot” look totally human. :)

The controls are AWFUL, this game desperatly needs some UI, QoL improvements and controller support!!! Having that said, the art is beautiful, the game loop is grindy but delicious, the story is cute and even with all the problems it is worth it.

Very cutesy game. It's a little tricky to figure out at first, but after you get used to it-- It's definitely easier. It's a lot like 'Travellers Rest' game, but not exactly. This game is laid back and time consuming. It's easy to get lost in it. :3 You slowly but surely level up your 'diner' and upgrade things over time. I really like the idea of this game.
