Just like every strategy game, it takes some time to get used to the menus and options. The tutorials are a good start to understand the very basics of military and economy but you definetly need to spend some time in the actual game to really learn everything. I feel like much of the game is focused on improving relations with other countries before you get a chance for decent trade deals or to join organisations, which takes quite some time. The relations with pretty much all countries are set to 0 at the beginning except fot 1 or 2 sometimes questionable or unrealistic "friends" and "enemies". Just like the relations, many policies that are in place and the ideology of the leading party seem a bit off compared to the real world, so don´t expect a realistic political simulation at this time. The biggest positive surprise for me was the relatively good and stable performance of the game, being still in Early Access. I would say that it is already more playable and bug-free than "Power and Revolutions" which is a low bar but still impressive for a single developer to achieve. I really hope the developer continues working, makes it even better and doesn´t get demotivated by a few harsh critics. Keeping in mind the only other option this genre has to offer is Power and Revolution, I feel like this game deserves a better rating for already being able to compete with it.
