Before going over what is good about the game, I will first talk about some issues. Some issues regarding the game are the very common ones such as translation (mistranslated text/no translations/font size especially in some cases of Faith's tutorial explanations), and voice acting (main cast doesn't have JP VA and so do some Linkers) but these are things that they do plan to work on as said in their roadmap. Nothing that irreversibly hinders your gameplay for the most part. There are lots of things unfinished as well especially regarding the affinity stories of Kami, Lincy, and Hoshimu. The story itself is like Persona 5. Nothing much to be said there as you can easily tell from the continuous use of the term "Rebellion". It does get a bit dark especially with Kami's backstory but I mean, from a persona 5 inspired story, I think this was on par for the course. Though compared to persona 5, the story is a bit lighter... I guess? The gameplay itself is quite easy to be honest (I play on normal mode). During my time before unlocking Lincy, I was able to steamroll through the first 2 chapters with 2 decks with just Kami: a HP Burn deck and a Discard deck. Even after unlocking Hoshimu, you can just get by using Kami and Lincy cards and just have Hoshimu there for the extra Linker support or vice versa with DPS Hoshimu and Kami Linker support (at least where I am at which is Chapter 5). And the items just make it a whole lot easier. For those who want a challenge, I'd say this isn't a challenging game for the most part unless you go out of your way to make it challenging. For casual players, this isn't bad at all. Linkers are cute as well and there are a lot of them so there is a bit of building versatility. There is an endgame tower mode but I have yet to touch it. Gameplay does get a bit repetitive especially trying to 100% each exploration area. Doesn't take too long but still takes awhile especially when you have to rebattle all enemies. Art? Very much like the art and CGs. All in all, this game is decent. It does struggle with English, and I do hope the upcoming updates do well in fixing some of the translation issues for English players, but for the most part, this is a decent casual game. I rate it a 6.5/10. Not the best, but for what it gives so far and for what it has in the future, I hope it gets better for it to become at least 1 rating higher. I'd get it when it is on sale.

A fun and casual game with interesting characters and a good side story for all the characters. The story also has little easter eggs for those who read through it all. (EXAMPLE AND SPOILER WARNING!!!) (like the one i like most where Kami and protag duel each other in a TCG game, to where the second duel kinda felt like a recreation of the duel between Yusei and Jack in 5DS) Such a lovely addition. Further more the game gives a lot of freedom for the player to express themselves by mixing unlockable cards through raising bonds with rebellion characters (like Kami) or in the shop during story, with the possible combination of adding different linkers to add to the main mechanic of the character with there characters specific cards. leveling different linkers is pretty easy, and affinity grinding for linkers is easy enough to quickly gain access to all skills of multiple linkers to mess around with and find what fits the players playstyle the most.

Game is good. Artstyle is great. I like plaing it a lot. I really look forward to its release. It is anime, original and fresh. Most similar games ara shitty gacha, this game is something new. I apretiate the effort. I do not mind chinesse voiceacting. Only bunnygirl is a little bit emotionless though. Her voice does not suit her factial expressions. . The problem is the poor or sometimes missing translation of text. Text is not entirely gramatically correct and confusing. It is a real shame, because visual aspect of this game is pretty amazing and spoiled by this small detail. . I was facing similar issue while writting my diploma (in czech, i am czech). Thus I can reccomend a solution. . My advice to games author is: Consult your friends/fans who can speak both chinesse and english. Ask them to review the script. Or possibly hire a profesional specialized in english grammar. Profesional editor who studied english language at a university, possibly somebody of chinesse background. They will give you feedback on how to improve your script and translations. . Even if it costs money, payoff from opening up the game to western audience will be greater. While many people in the west are German, Spanish, Czech... Most of us speak english, however pretty much non of us speaks chinesse. It is mainly because learning chinesse script is difficult for us. It is a step we can skip when learning english.

Way more of a visual novel than i expected. Still has some untranslated text so i would wait a while before buying. Gonna leave a positive review though cause the gameplay shows promise. Will probably revisit upon full release.
