Regarding Post-Game Content (spoilers kinda, sorta, but not really): There is none. Seriously. The game just ends, and you get to do like I did and spend the next week on Reddit trying to make sense of the ending. Not sure if it's the fan translation, or its deliberately vague, but there are some major unresolved things left dangling out there, and I had to turn to a higher power for some clarity on all of it. Still an incredible game though. But you're 13 games in now, so you already know that, and that's kind of a moot point. However, having said all that, because I couldn't find this mentioned in the one FAQ out there that exists thus far for Kai I wanted to mention it here to spare others from blowing materials like I did. There ARE items you can only buy when you start a new game in New Game+. Mostly the top-level quartz that require Onyx Steel you'd use for the same items in the prior 3 games to create the same things in the post-game content there. You can also forge and enhance all the Onyx/Zemurian ultimate weapons as well, and create U-Material+ and Onyx Steel. So hang onto your Onyx Steel and U-Material+'s, and/or mine like nuts in Grim Garten before you finish the game, cause you'll have plenty of use for them in NG+.

One of the best games in the series easily. That ending got me by the balls and I can't wait to see what is going to happen in Kai 2 when it one day just releases... Pls Falcom we need the sequel now!!

I played the English patch by fans. It is a good game, but the biggest takeaway for me is that it's really doubling down on Kuro 2. The first 50 hours are even more slow paced (somehow) and the dialogue is MORE cryptic, but the finale is crazier and the combat system is even more fun. You'll like it if you've stuck with Kiseki this long. Less invested fans would probably be confused and uninterested.

The best game in the entire Trails series so far. Not only does it have the best gameplay of the entire series combat wise. It crafts probably the most intriguing tale the franchise has done so far. I spent the last 5 hours with my mouth gapped open in shock from the major reveals. The west is not ready for this game next January it’s going to rock the world 5/5 10/10 Peak Fiction, Kondo I Kneel

要不是有终章的剧情，我会把这部放在闪轨3的位置上。Van线在终章前没有任何对主线剧情推进的必要，完全是在灌水。凯文和黎恩线做到了一定的剧情补充但是之后马上要打Van和副本非常影响体验，终章前的节奏干被切的细碎。 下一次falcom还是给出40hr的游戏，而不是做40hr游戏，再灌40hr水拿出来卖吧。说了这么多， 下部出了还得买。
