This was perhaps one of the BEST and first indie visual novel games I've played and I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to get into a casual romance dating sim where you can date and be funny AT THE SAME TIME!!!! I'd like to mention a few things I like about this game before I go into some critiques and overall opinion. Personally, I really loved the references to other media such as Danganronpa, Homestuck, e.t.c. I thought it made the jokes pretty multi layered and the scenes so much more comedic when you understood the reference. Additionally, I enjoyed how there was subtle world building even during romantic/comedy parts. As someone who owns the DLC and keeps up with the webtoon, I enjoyed the twist and found it tied Grim's character very nicely. Finally, another significant thing I'd like to mention is how interesting Grim was. Unlike most dating sims I've played where the love interest made me cringe and uncomfortable, Grim wasn't like that at all and his professional and babygirl contrasting personality actually encouraged me to continue playing. At times, I actually felt like I could get along with him if he was real. Onto the critiques, I would have to say... I don't really have any. While usually I would complain about there being a lack of bad ends, I feel that many bad ends wouldn't really suit such a comedic game and that the DLC has... really shown me that I should be glad there aren't many bad ends. OVERALL: If you enjoy games with a pretty light plot, hilarious characters/interactions, and an easy to use UI, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this game. However, if you enjoy games with heavy plot, serious dialogue, and lengthy gameplay then I do NOT RECOMMEND this game.

i don't think I've played an otome game before that I've enjoyed as much as this one, and I'm extremely - and unfortunately - experienced with them. The writing is just so snappy and modern and FUNNY, and all the different dialogue choices mean replaying it is a joy. The art is tasty, the LI is beautiful, the plot is interesting, AND you can customize the MC to your liking. The whole experience is just...AHHHHHHHHHHHH (good thing) Get this and the DLC and you're in for a ride in the best of ways.
