April 24th was a game that I ended up enjoying quite a bit. Right from the start, the atmosphere does a great job of making you feel uneasy. The story is creepy, the environment is creepy, and there's a constant feeling that something isn't quite right. As the game progresses, things get increasingly unhinged, and I have to admit, I genuinely did not see the ending coming. One thing I will mention for anyone planning to stream it is that there are some fairly graphic and gory moments throughout the game. It's nothing that ruined the experience for me, but it's definitely something to be aware of if you have viewers who might be sensitive to that kind of content. A quick warning beforehand probably isn't a bad idea. The scares were handled well overall. Several of the jumpscares seemed to come completely out of nowhere, which made them hit much harder than I expected. The game does a good job of keeping you uncomfortable and never quite letting your guard down. As for the puzzles, some of them were a little strange. Not necessarily difficult or frustrating, but more of a "why is this the solution?" kind of feeling. They worked well enough, even if a few of them left me scratching my head. Overall, April 24th is a short horror experience that accomplishes what it sets out to do. It's creepy, entertaining, throws a few good scares your way, and tells a story that kept me interested all the way to the end. It may not be a game that completely blows you away, but it's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a quick horror game to play.

A nice little short horror game, and surprisingly graphic in some segments. Nothing crazy or difficult, just a fun little haunted house stroll.

Quite a few unnecessary jump scares. Found myself looking for a while for a few things. Overall tho, for its sale price a decent game.
