Played early demo or playtest and fell for it, full release delivers and its fun. One thing I do not like however is that on higher difficulties the bosses start getting immunity phases, thats never fun

Awsome game, very few bugs for a brand new release and theyre hard to notice. The gameplay loop is prety fun but the progression is a bit wack, as in you have moments where you reach insane spikes in power and moments where you are left completely behind. If the devs keep working on it I think it will become one of the best games Ive played

Great game, runs well on linux. Snappy combat, range of weapons and abilities. Feeds that "one more run" feeling

I play a ton of auto-shooter survival or "bullet heaven" roguelite games. I thought this looked like a "pretty cool" one of those. It is so much more original than that and has a feel and rhythm all its own. If you enjoy doing runs of arcade games but also love Hades and its ilk this may be right up your alley. It's a pleasant surprise and I have to give Flyway Games a lot of credit for making something that feels so fresh and fun. I can't count how many runs I did in my first session with this, on a day off. Great stuff and I highly recommend it for the very reasonable price. The way that you battle the clock in this game is greatly expanded compared to most ASS / bullet heaven games, and it puts a cool twist on the genre.

I played the demo a few weeks ago and it stuck with me, so I picked up the full release. Nearly five hours later, this little cabrón already has me trapped. The 30-second timer sounds like the kind of gimmick that would become annoying after two runs, but it can be increased and is easily the best part of the game. You are not just rushing while a number counts down. You are deciding when time is allowed to move, when to freeze it, and whether another fight is worth the seconds you might earn back. It keeps everything frantic without turning the game into mindless chaos. Combat is simple, fast and satisfying, especially once a build starts coming together. One minute you are barely surviving, and a few upgrades later you are a walking fireworks accident deleting half the room. There is a lot of permanent progression, currencies and gear to deal with, maybe a little too much at first, but failed runs rarely feel completely wasted. What I like most is that the game knows what it is. It is not trying to be some enormous genre-defining epic. It is a focused little roguelite with one genuinely clever mechanic, and almost everything is built around making that mechanic matter. I am still only around five hours in, so I cannot properly judge the endgame, repetition or long-term balance yet. So far, though, the full release has taken everything I enjoyed about the demo and given me plenty of reasons to keep playing.
