It's a good solid Xianxia CIV game, it has a good core but still needs some more time to cook, give it a few months I would say before buying it.

English speaker here: There is a mod I used that translated a good amount of the game. Very fun, with a lot of potential to live out your cultivation novel fantasy. Great bones, just needs more meat and optimizations. It plays like a civilization game. I'm excited to see what modders are able to do to this game as well. The more they can add to the game and make each play through unique, the better. That's why people get so addicted to Crusader Kings and Civilization, endless replayability, character depth and novelty. With a Cultivation setting there should a good amount of content that could expand player experience.

Is it perfect? No, especially with MTL; however, this game has potential (especially when the English translation eventually comes out so I can really understand how the game works). I feel like the initial start of the game could do without the forced battle, a little more polish on secret realms and city management, as well as a better tutorial could go a long way towards keeping players hooked. All in all, I recommend this game based on its current, Early Access English MTL state as one to look out for!

Game is very interesting 4X grand strategy. Imagine Civilization+Cultivation where you manage your Immortal Sect compete for victory with rival sects. Cultivation Path: Your sect can focus on sword, martial, alchemy, weapon refinement, spell of 5 elements of Fire, Water, Wood, Earth, Metal and etc. You can also unlock/research new cultivation manuals. Personal talent play a very important roll on how fast/high that member can cultivate to Immortality. Cultivator will cultivate slower as they grew pass certain age so if you miss the next realm then their lifespan will come to its end. Sect Culture: You can focus on many path, Cultivation, Influence, Recruitment, Merchantile, Alchemy, Refinement and etc a lot like civ civic. Sect Protectorate: Your sect can influence and take control of small district with resources, building slot pretty similar to city state. Also you can setup office/business in Big Town and compete with other Rival Sects. Battle: Battle is fought in realtime you can set it to auto/manual up to your preferences. Overall there are many ways to improve your sect and its gonna be a very long game if you wish to reach immortality unlike other 4X game this one will probably last very long per run. Too bad its early release on Steam does not come with English language and this game has some very complicated mechanics. So its quite a big loss of opportunity for people who can't read Chinese.

玩起来有点像刚开始的Stellaris... 一个 4x 框架的修仙 rpg. 跟期望不符, 它并不是文明类的游戏. 以后的dlc应该都是增加故事内容罢了. 可惜了那么好的游戏框架跟修仙背景. 如果做成真正的修仙文明游戏应该能流芳百世. 目前游戏内容休闲娱乐还是可以玩一玩的. 只是UI设计逻辑不好, 常用的选单放在内里, 而少用的选单则放在外面, 玩起来不顺手. 游戏内的注解也不足, 一堆属性不知有何用. 战技难取得, 而且升级了好像也没啥差别. 与其个别人物的功法战技各自升级, 不如直接做个宗门功法战技升级开发系统会更好更符合游戏名.
