Not a bad swarm survival game for 5 USD. Pros: * Low-hand-impact gameplay similar to Soulstone Survivors / Vampire Survivors / 20 Minutes Til Dawn. * Cute anthro characters. * Multiple levels and equipment progression that feels like there was some amount of testing put into making sure everything works. Cons: * Game advertises itself as "Co-Op" but only the multiplayer is online only and only the host receives progression for it. If either player is trying to play for completion sake, they will probably no want to play for very long as the non-host. * The game describes itself as "base-building" but the "base-building" as it currently exists is really just a handful of character unlock switches that are presented on the hub map instead of a plain menu. It's not as substantial as something like Backpack Hero's story mode or Terraria. (Which honestly is a semi-plus in my book, I wasn't playing this to plan out a town design, but I don't like the confused advertising.) * For single player, some characters like the Fox feel considerably weaker than most other characters. All in all, it feels like the game is more like it's in a playtest phase than intended to be completed as-is. But I've paid more for worse games, so if the art style appeals to you, it might be worth trying.

Pretty interesting bullet hell where every victory has to be clawed out - hardcore, but with really engaging gameplay. The characters and visual style are awesome (THE FROG IS TOP TIER), and by the end of a level it turns into complete chaos - just hundreds of enemies in perfect mayhem. The progression really hit the spot - at first it feels insanely hard and I got wrecked by the first mini-boss. Actually no, I got wrecked before even reaching him. But as you keep going, you start feeling the growth - you collect armor and buffs, pick cards that fit your style, and really feel yourself getting stronger. Co-op is especially great - you can split roles, choose a tactic, and enjoy the synergy (setups like one tanking and the other healing/shooting actually work well here). What I liked - characters and animations, progression, card variety, and the co-op with flexible playstyles. What I’d love to see improved - more lore. I want to understand who these characters are and how they evolve as they win. And I wish there was a BIGGER reward for finishing a level - some kind of juicy bonus. But overall, the game is a lot of fun. Thanks!

Paid less than 3 cans of coke for this game and it's lasted me a full weekend of gaming with a friend. If you liked Brotato you should like this. Can it do things better, Yes it could. Does it do enough to keep you entertained, YES IT DOES

If you liked Rotwood, Cult of the Lamb, or any Vampire Survivors-like, you'll probably like this. I'm enjoying my play through so far, having made it to the 3rd map. The art is great and everything feels very polished. I hope they continue to develop content and deepen the various game systems.
