If neutral was an option i would choose it. The game is fun, but at the time of writing (5 hours of playtime) i don't have any new stuff to do except grind the same contet untill you reach 100%. It's a shame, because it is fun, but it is just very short. Buy on sale, if not then skip.
This is a positive review out of pity for the fact that you are a indie developer, although looking at your numbers you should be more than capable of delivering such a game in a much better state. Feedback: - Game feels abandoned. - It's cringe to advertise your other game in this game's menu. - It's cringe to advertise discord page in game menu. - Saying that we need to support your other game in order to continue updating ship of fools is also very cringe. - Menu and UI doesn't feel complete for a finished game, a lot of stuff is missing. - More details about the amount of stats you currently have from your talismans and the stats of guns would have been useful if they were added to the UI. - You can't change graphics settings except for resolution. - The gamepad controls can't be remapped. - The binds are hardcoded to be shared for some controls, instead there should be 1 bind per control and you should allow binding the same key for more actions. - The menu binds are hardcoded. - PS5 gamepad is missing glyphs. - The UI buttons can't be also pressed via mouse only by pressing the bind, not intuitive. - Menu buttons sound is annoying when navigating through elements. - Menu elements and text of pop-ups are intentionally delayed, they provide no functional gain, because there is no loading thread happening in the background, and the delay can't be skipped. - UI should have more options to disable or enable elements. - The character input and camera movement feels delayed, it's like playing 30 fps locked game. - The follow camera movement has micro stutters in the start zone. - You can't ping next tile in coop. - There should be a option in setting to set a warning when proceeding to next zone with items on the ground saying show which items will be lost in the pop-up. - Although playable on steam deck the performance is horrible, especially in the starting zone, the steam deck HW is more than capable of running this game at 60fps.
Superb fun - hard to think of a better casual co-op game. Only drawback is that if you have more than one friend/loved one in your life, you may need to choose between them. But, come on, you don't need more than one. Stop hoarding friends! Pick your favourite and set the rest free.
