8.3/10 Great racing game, weird liminal open world, tons of nostalgia, just add Burnout: Revenge! Edit: A LOT of people have been having issues with launchers or crashing, luckily I've only crashed once or twice in the last couple months and I don't have any issues with the EA launcher so I guess its hit or miss ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Amazing game, absolutely ruined by the EA App. If I could actually launch and play it consistently, this would be an easy recommendation. Instead, I’m stuck troubleshooting a launcher more than playing the game. Unplayable on both PC and Steam Deck. Negative review until this gets fixed. -------------------------------- EDIT ------------------------------------- VALVE… you’re like Superman, defeating the Joker with Proton. You have no idea how much it meant to me to launch the game, then relaunch it the next day with no issues. It finally feels like I can actually play consistently. Seriously, Valve you’re awesome. This is exactly why I switched completely to Steam this year (sold my PlayStations and Nintendo) and bought a Steam Deck and plan on a Steam Machine. If something breaks, I know you at least tried and honestly, that’s what matters most. I used to play this game on my old PS3, and now I get to play it on both my PC and my Steam Deck… so thank you. As for EA, your launcher still needs serious work. Please fix it, and think about a sequel to this one again eh?

favorite childhood game ever, RIP to my cousins ( he's one of them, I don't remember his name ) but when I'd be at my grandparents house ( he was older than me ) I was 6 in 2010 and he was in middle school, me and him also my grandpa used to hangout watching NASCAR movies spending time together; but talking about me and my cousin, we used to play games and do stupid stuff together but me and him would play Burnout Paradise together ( being competitive seeing who's better and faster ) but this was his favorite game ( my favorite game to ) but I love the game as he did and I miss him and my grandpa In my opinion I love the game do I love the game YES my rating YES my recommendation buy Burnout Paradise now my apologizes about bringing old memories up

For those of you who were wondering why this game crashes every dang time you launch it, then your PC might automatically set Integrated GPU to the game by default. If your GPU is Nvidia, then go to it's control panel and set Nvidia as the game's default pick when launch. That will solve the crashing issue
