I just completed the currently available campaign. It is alright. I'd recommend putting it on your Wishlist but don't buy it until it is on sale. $15 at full price is a better price point imo. When compared to C&C Remastered at a similar price point it is just way more simple of a game. It is repetitive and combat with the AI forces does not feel good as their actions are basic and easy to manipulate.

I love calyx. That's what hooked me - similar concept to creeper world series, you slowly and methodically get rid of pests. I hate liquidator. I dont like the mechanics of it - no economy, no mining, just increasing in power and spawning bigger and bigger waves of tanks. You can't hit its economy, but in most cases way to go is either letting calyx eat it, or drive around their tanks to kill the factory. Except last mission, where there's no calyx and you dont have that many options. All in all, I want more calyx and less liquidator. Research - I like secondary goals in missions to unlock more research points. Research itself however - I'd like more permanent/passive upgrades. When playing campaign, I don't really like this idea of starcraft-like having to start completely from scratch and unlock every single unit. Because of that, I've never built a single fire tank or fire turret, because I had other priorities, and by the time they were done - I was ready for my final push into enemies. I know there are some passive upgrades, like more damage and starting units, but I just hate that I have to unlock healer on every single map. Mining building throughput is also something to look at - early game my harvesters are almost always backed up and then I go into "harvester stopped" territory. It's also not very clear to me how the resources refresh and how many are availble at any time. Oh, and something about bulwarks - their range shows as 360, but it feels like they won't rotate their cannon completely behind them. Goliaths show it in their range. All in all, I like the game, hope you keep at it!

This game takes me way back to my childhood of red alert. And when my pc broke I used ms paint to make maps and I would imagine this tug of war between a the blue and red brush tool. Its so good. The constant wave of attack and getting over that satisfying tipping point. Really fun. And the end game recap is exactly like my ms paint maps. So satisfying. I also haven't encountered any bugs so far. Highly recommended.

If you've ever played creeper world 4, it plays exactly like that but with a focus on units instead of turrets. its a bit expensive for what you're getting so i would recommend waiting till its had a few more updates.

Finally! Era of RTS is returning! Slowly, but returning. An innovative take on RTS genre, where your enemy is flora of the planet itself. Tactical pause + speed controls included. So far I'm very satisfied. I believe that it worth every penny that I paid for it.
