I just finished the game. That was a BLAST. I am not one for platformers at all, but the cute graphics won me over, and I am so glad they did. The artstyle is amazing (now that I think of it I might take a screenshot and put it as my lockscreen tbh), the music and sound effects are very fun and cute too. I especially loved the forest music. The game has teensy tiny flaws such as not auto-saving after receiving an item, that felt very counter-intuitive to me but I learned that lesson early on and only had to go back for an item once, luckily. But the story, the dialogue, the humour, the overall vibe - it's INCREDIBLY cute and fun and relaxing. Much, MUCH love to the devs for creating such an adorable nice game! I was also pleasantly surprised by some of the puzzles, I won't spoil them but I thought some were very neat. The game is also quite linear but that is a HUGE plus in my book, as it made it all very clear on where to go and it was not hard to miss anything, which created a fun and relaxing game instead of a grindy or tedious one. Tiny flaws: [*]Would recommend adding an auto-save after getting any kind of item, it sucks to have to go back just because you died right after getting a collectible for example and then not realizing until way later [*]Would love a bit more help/support in quest objectives for people who stop playing the game for a while. After a few days I don't know who "name" is anymore! The objective screen is already there, could just use a bit more detail sometimes. [*]The teleport map is a bit unclear to me in terms of what is what. Teeny tiny flaw. [*]I got stuck on two puzzles, one is on me I think, the other I feel like is just uncharacteristically hard! The one I mean is the last weights puzzle in the frog temple. I might just be not good at puzzles but I just have no clue how to figure that one out when the buttons control MULTIPLE, overlapping weights. I think if the weights control didn't overlap, it would be more in line with the rest of the game. I think if the game had just a bit more playtesting/playtesters this could maybe have been smoothed out a bit! But it really doesn't bother me all that much. It absolutely pales in comparison to what the game does give you. Love: [*]Music is fantastic, sound effects are incredibly cute and/or satisfying. I love the dialogue sounds. [*]Art is fantastic, I thought the game was really really pretty and cute. All areas are decorated very nicely, there's tons of detail. [*]All movement, physics etc. felt very good and/or satisfying to me! [*]The story is very cute, I adored the dialogue and all the "non-useful" dialogue, it just adds to the world and characters. The characters are incredibly funny and endearing. It's really feel-good. [*]I thought the puzzles were great, not too hard at all (except for the one mentioned above) but the game wasn't so simple that it became boring. Multiple times throughout the game I thought "oh, that's a fun mechanic! I've never seen this before!" It's the kind of puzzle game you can still play after a long tiring day, which is great. [*]The game is very linear in terms of where to go (a few side objectives but very, very manageable). I thought this was very nice because it made the game relaxing and easy to get through. [*]The price is great, I think I got it at a discount but I would gladly play full price for this and I didn't think I'd get so many hours out of it. I am a slow player, though. Would absolutely recommend buying!

Really cute little platformer, short and well done, I love the art style and the platforming was very satisfying while offering rewards for going back with new skills.

Cute chicken game, has some trouble with the yarn puzzle section (if ykyk), other than that super cute. Also liked that all the controls I could do with one hand on keyboard, if devs make more cute animal games will play for sure.

Cute and short 5 hour game! Pros: -lovely art style reminiscent of Stardew Valley -fun platforming with a variety of mechanics and puzzles! -fun lighthearted dialogue that makes you chuckle -lots of polish! I very rarely had any bugs that are sometimes common in indie titles -fun collectibles! And a couple guides to follow if you have any trouble 😄 -responsive controls! I played this on keyboard and it was very smooth Cons: -there can be some headscratching mechanics, like one of the last dungeons including infinite double jumps, where they are nowhere else in the game. There's also no NPC or sign to explain that you now have that ability. Perhaps I missed something, but I'm pretty through -this is a personal nit-pick, but others may want a warning about this. obviously the majority of the game is platforming, but there's a couple of puzzles 3/4th of the way thru the game that involves color matching and flip boards. These puzzles both have color blind toggles to help you, but the flip board took me a little longer than i would like to admit. If you are bad at those types of puzzles, know there are only three of them...thankfully 🤣 Overall its a cute and affordable platformer that I highly recommend! Give it a try or put it on wishlist, its a lovely little 4-6 hour game!
