As a former real data center engineer, this game has a lot of potential, but is really bare bones and raw at the moment. But my main gripe is IOPS system that has no in-game explanation on how it exactly translates into network bandwidth in GBPs. Also, I have AI art on the customer logos. Some flair could be added with human some human effort here, but understandable if dev wants to focus on the other parts of the game at the moment. As for how close it to the real network data center - a very far shot. Also, the game itself gets old very fast, because there's no challenge after you do a couple of customers - money flood in like crazy, and there are virtually no limitations to what you can do besides rack capacity. The lineup of hardware at the moment is very modest, you get 2U servers and 7U servers, which is, for my experience, is kind of weird. Where are 1U models? Where are 4U? Doesn't sound that hard to implement Also, a crucial missing piece of what a real data center would have for this to be an actual simulation - there are no servers in the game, and the customer system was built without it in mind. There's no concept of CPU/RAM/DISK, only IOPS, which makes way more sense if what is called a "server" in the game is actually a storage system, since all you care about is how fast data moves. Not to discourage the dev, though, with some solid work this can be improved upon tremendously

This game is really cool but for someone that has been in a Datacenter and worked in them there whole life. I could see so many addons to this. 1. Lights out DC 2. Pull floor tiles 3. Chiller Units 4. allow the user to make there own hot and cold sections 5. Security badge in and out of the DC 6. More of a ture NOC and Security monitoring large screens network design. Man i could go on for days. With all the stuff I see this game changing into this is just the tip I feel Heck i would even meet with the Dev and share all my Data Center Knoweldge since I build them for a living

Nice game—it made me reminisce about my old job as a network admin. Imagine if all the devices could be remotely configured from a single PC, with one clean GUI to manage everything. That would be amazing. And adjust the EOL of higher tier devices.

Nice little game where you can experience what it is to be a datacenter manager, while it does require you to know a bit of networking its tuned way down to where you can still play it even if you don't know networking However it still need work to fix a few flaws but compared to the demo its better I wish a harder mode is added to the game, where you actually have to mind power management, cable breakdowns, port configuration on servers. I give it an 7/10 until it gets a few QoL patches
