i love this game, my only complaint is how you can't really counter some events, the rebel for example- getting that event early game kills my run each time. no matter what choice you choose, you lose 25 food production

A conceptually simple simulation game, with lot of dark humor, where you plkay as an AI that keeps a dystopic society in check, using humans as a resource. The gameplay is about balancing your human subjects, keeping them alive long enough to produce energy, while making sure they're fed enough to survive and without forgetting to breed them to grow your population... or just directly recycle them into resources if no longer needed. The graphic style is very simple, but the pixel art style never fails. Retro-futuristic soundtrack also fits very well with the game. The entirety of this game is laced in dark humour, as the progression of the story, whether main story events or random events, it's all based on satire where your choice will always matter - even if most of the time you won't know what is the right choice until you take it. It's a game meant to be replayed multiple times to see all events at least once, but on the long run, alas, it feels repetitive. Especially since it hardly gets easier, most of the game progression will either make the game harder, or changing the pace by rewarding and punishing the player at the same time. Not a forgiving game.

This game truly changed my life, to live my fantasy as a despotistic AI in a dystopian future was amazing, I also got a dog in game

It’s a good game, I enjoy playing it. I love the little details that change in the graphics with every random event. It’s hard though, so expect to die a lot, especially at first. And yes, you can censor what goes on in the breeding tube 💀
