Game absolutely refuses to die. It's the GTA Online of Dragon Ball. Even with a small PC community, the game is still going strong and there's endless possibilities when it comes to customization and single player. Definitely a must-have for Dragon Ball fans.

It' a great game but it has a buttload of flaws like for example a lot of the extra content is locked behind DLC or how a lot of people (at least in my experience) don't play online PvP which makes the game boring (i also don't have friends to make the game more fun) overall it's a good game and it has held up well for all those years... I recommend the game but please know that if and when you finish the story if you're too lazy to 100% the game then it will get extremely dull super fast (not like anyone will read this) : )

No cross platform so online play is pretty much dead. The reason why this game is still buyable on PC is only because of mods. Enabling Cross Versus AI on every NPC, Revamp Mod & Quest mod. If those thing did not exist, then this game is not worth buying on PC. For anyone who wants to play this on PC, use mods. If you want online pvp then go buy it on console.

In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, players embark on an epic quest to assist Goku and Vegeta as they attempt to open a chain of fast-food restaurants across the universe. The game’s storyline revolves around the two Saiyans navigating the complex world of intergalactic commerce while fending off competitors like Frieza, who has shifted from world domination to owning a rival franchise. Players are tasked with helping Goku perfect his cooking skills while training in secret to defeat food critics who seek to destroy their reputation. Along the way, you gather ingredients from different planets and must unlock powerful recipes through side quests. Combat in Xenoverse 2 is mostly food-based, with battles happening in cooking arenas rather than traditional stages. Players can use Goku’s “Super Stir Fry” attack or Vegeta’s signature “Big Bang BBQ” to dominate opponents. The ultimate goal is to earn enough Zeni to open the perfect restaurant on Planet Namek, but watch out—Beerus, the god of destruction, has gone vegan and is now threatening to destroy all meat-based cuisines! It’s an intense journey filled with culinary challenges and unexpected plot twists that take the Dragon Ball saga to new, flavor-filled heights.

I really think the Dragon Ball franchise needs more games like this where it shakes up the same formula we've been getting fed for the last like 30 years. Xenoverse asks a whole bunch of like "What if?" questions throughout its story that make it really unique and fun to explore the entire game. You aren't just getting the same story rehashed over and over again, instead you get stuff like "What if Nappa and Vegeta both turned into great apes and absolutely wrecked the Z fighters?"
