This game scratches a very niche itch, and does so very well. It's satisfying, challenging, and rewarding, and quite immersive. The gameplay is straight forward. A plane comes into your airspace, you guide it to a runway. This repeats itself, literally, endlessly. There are some cool pre-defined scenarios with unique challenges, as well as procedurally generated (weather, wind, emergencies) to keep you on your toes. What I have to point out, is how incredibly well optimized this game is for what it does. There are 3 input schemes, touch, keyboard and mouse. The interactions mirror what real ATC would command an aircraft to do (altitude, speed, heading, clearances, etc.) and the game has implemented them perfectly . You can tell someone has spent time refining this. You get a lot more than you pay for, I love this game.

when i can't sleep, this game helps me to relax and get drowsy, eventually slipping off into slumberland, while wide-body passenger jets are left to fend for themselves.

I absolutely love this game. It's very simple, while also being very fun and addictive. It's also super easy to customize the game and create practically any airport in the world (or maybe a fictional airport if you want). Airports are simply .txt files which can easily be modified, and there are a good amount of them posted in the community Discord server for you to download if you don't want to make one yourself. You can also customize the interface itself to look the way you want it to, and can change the realism/difficulty by controlling factors such as traffic and weather. I wholeheartedly recommend this game, especially for the price of $7.

What once started as a pass time on my phone has expanded into a dream and this game was part of the reason and nothing short of it. The design is very great and the accessibility and customisation is outstanding, nothing beats it. Whether you want to have a chill controlling session for 30mins or have a hardcore inbound rush or anything between. This is quite possibly the greatest ATC simulation game there is to offer. The default airports are not the greatest but a great community has a lot of sectors and airports to offer in the discord and github, it is truly remarkable how this game has updated and added so many impactful elements over the last few years of its development at a very reasonable price too. Bravo startgrid, bravo. 👏
