Pretty rough game, but interesting plot and good atmosphere.

7/10. The game's story does start out a bit slow and the setting at the beginning is similar to the start of Game of Thrones: fantasy elements there but not overly present. You've got Mor's skinchanging skill from the start but Alestar's Red Priest skills heavily rely on stuff like oil. As it progresses though the fantasy elements become more prominent, by the end Alestar uses actual fire magic and you're fighting a big bad using blood magic and shadow assassins. The story itself is pretty decent when you get past the initial intro chapters and the side quests are also alright. It feels like a closer adaption of the books than the show at some points though the locations aren't very diverse. You get to a part where you're presented with a map of Westeros and it looks like you can visit some of the major castles/cities, but are limited to a handful of locations, the primary hubs being Kings Landing, Castle Black, and Riverspring (Alestar's home). The voice acting varies. At times it's great with the best, aside from the several show characters voiced by their actual actors, being Mor's and Valarr. Alestar's voice actor is fucking horrendous, especially at the start. Sounds like he's taking the piss with an over the top unnatural voice. Combat also isnt spectacular and plays similarly to Kotor but when you first play as Mors and Alestar you can pick strengths and weaknesses based on a balancing point system and one of three classes, eventually being given the choice of a multi class into a second. To simplify: Mor's can spec into a dual wield beserker, defence heavy shield, or more balanced two-handed alongside his skinchanger abilities for his dog to help in combat. Alestar can be either a shitty ranged archer that will get you killed constantly if you choose it first, a sellsword that uses poison, or a water dancer that doesn't become good until later in the game but is probably one of the cooler classes with it's combos and dodging. He also has his Fire Priest/Rh'llor skills that let him heal or set people on fire. Overall an alright game. If you enjoy the show (up to THAT point) or the books and Kotor style combat, then you'll probably enjoy the story of this at least.

Fantastic Game. Sure the graphics are dated and the combat isn't the best. But the story is incredible. From the main quest to all the random side quests once it gets going its very hard to stop playing. RPG mechanics are good. The ability to make major decisions that affect the ending of the game is great. Definitely recommend playing
