A quirky incremental that starts a bit awkward but opens up into a surprisingly satisfying progression loop. Its an incremental/clicker game where instead of clicking, you move your mouse over small dots to collect them and then drag them to the Glonk to feed it. As you progress, you upgrade the dots, the Glonk itself, your cursor, and various supporting systems. Progression feels solid and rewarding overall, though the core gameplay can be slightly annoying at times - mainly because the Glonks themselves are, well, very “glonky” to handle. Early gameplay can feel clunky, but things improve significantly once you unlock the prestige system. At that point, the game opens up an entirely new layer of progression that smooths out many of the earlier frustrations and fits nicely into classic incremental design philosophy. There’s a lot of fun to be found here, and I can recommend it. Hot tip: When upgrading in the prestige tree, try pushing straight upward first for the best progression.

a bit short and generic, compared to very similar games out there. the slime part is kind of nice, but not quite enough. a bit too straight forward upgrade/progression path, with maybe some secrets might not be bad, do wonder if one made Glonk 2, it could scale a bit more or with DLC. would give it mixed.

fun game get armor as soon as u can unlock it; scaling of the game is impossible without it you (thankfully) get automation about an hour in if you played at the same rate i did beat the game after 90 minutes no prestige?? idk just something i've come to expect from these types of games
