I’m really enjoying the game concept and will finish my current game file and wait how the further developments go. With current item selection I don’t have a reason to start a new game file due to limited aesthetics choices. Right now the item types allow creation of a cute city, farm, suburbs and a forest. What I would love added to the game: 1. Color sliders for items instead of set color variants 2. Way to make patterns like in animal crossing. I would love this function because it’s mainly a decorating game and being able to create + share patterns would extend playability. It also would allow to restart multiple times with different aesthetics 3. People could mod in or the dev could expand the item array to not be confined to city/farm/suburbs/forest that we have available currently. We could have medieval buildings, castle pieces, Japanese style buildings, more garden decorations and flowers (making a huge garden would be so cool in this game!) 4. Diagonal rotation of items would allow for even more elaborate arrangements as well

I found this game on TikTok originally and fell in love from the start. It was an impatient wait but totally worth the wait! If you have the creative bug, this game is a great game to itch it. The gourdlets are adorable and I nearly started to cry with happiness as I realized you can dress them up and change their colors. I spent a good hour and a half playing the game and there are a few things I would like to eventually see in the game: 1. Windows and wall decor for inside the homes 2. More natural tones for color options 3. Maybe animals of some sort (birds, farm animals) 4. The ability to add layers to the terrain to create hills. I'm excited to see how this game grows and I look forward to what more the creators can come up with!

Really cute, relaxing game. I wish there were more items to put down and/.or they weren't drip-fed at such a slow pace. For example, you can get lots of cakes and coffee machines to make a café, but no coffee cups, tea mugs, etc. which would be a cute addition. I don't know if some of this stuff is available to unlock, and I wish that when you unlocked items it was done as small packs of themed items, rather than as individual items. I have played for 4 hours so far, and have unlocked a sewer, a mushroom, a sandcastle, and a BBQ.

My primary reason for buying this game was to support a South Indian solo dev because I hardly see any of us in fields like this. However, I'm happy to say it's definitely worth the money and is an adorable little game to unwind with. It's what it says it is, a stress free builder with cute little plant friends to keep you company and as someone who loves to build in games like the Sims, this was right up my alley! 100% worth the money for the replayability and the general lack of pressure such as quests, currency and even the tutorial is 5 seconds long at most. What spoke to me most about the game though, is the reflection of the developers heritage (a heritage that I share!) in little details of the game. It is so wonderful and a little emotional to see indian dishes that I have grown up with as food options for gourdlets to eat and interact with, mementos of indian pastimes like the carrom board and even slang terms like the mixer being called a mixy. The game was incredibly cute already but the little details really made it for me! It's a great little game at a great little price and I hope so see things like more rooms or more floors to buildings in future updates to keep the possibilities going!

I don’t usually write reviews but I saw that this game didn’t have any and felt I needed to rectify that! Great game! I played the demo and couldn’t wait to get the full version. The game is very cozy like Townscaper but I already prefer this over that game. It offers more options to create like building in the Sims. I cannot recommend this game enough! Additionally, if my review isn’t enough. The fact that it is $5 and heavily repayable. I’ve paid more for less polished games that aren’t even remotely repayable so give it a shot! (Played on Steam Deck in handheld mode, this game should be Steam Deck verified. It has full controller support and an in-game keyboard so thank you to the devs for having that available at launch!)
