This is a decent idler game, with goals to check off to keep it engaging. You do need to fill your houses with specific items to add certain stats to your people so they can level up though. This can be annoying if you don't want a ton of items cluttering your decor or if you had a specific aesthetic in mind. If you dislike decorating this might not be for you. Once you get more than one person, you need to create zones for what areas they will use. They won't cross into another zone unless there's a communal item there, like a fridge or something. It can be a little tricky zoning the rooms out so everyone has what they need, and sometimes the people behave oddly. For some reason, 2 separate people insisted on using a bucket instead of the fancy toilets I had installed. One of them did it while streaming(!!) I think this small game is well made but I lost momentum with it after a couple of hours for some reason. Still recommended but didn't quite fit the idler niche I was looking for, though their other game My Little Spider is absolutely wonderful!
It is a little different than I imagined: The little people walk around, work, eat etc all by themselves, the player's job is to build and furnish their homes. To the point I am at right now there's no character customisation, you "unlock" different people and they have their own "story" and missions. Still It's a very cozy idler game, the pixel art is great and I recommend it! I'm just missing a cat, there are two types of dogs but no cats :(
