Pretty challenging and very fun game that keeps improving! Probably a must-have if they add local co-op ;) DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE

I don't usually leave reviews but this game needs more players and more attention. The game isn't perfectly balanced or polished and I believe many of the negative reviews are because people are ignoring that the game was designed to be played with other real people. Playing with other people is not difficult or inaccessible it just requires patience because of the low number of people playing at any given time. That being said this isn't an issue if you have friends who are willing to spend $4 for a good time. My opinion -Fun gameplay loop: There are multiple levels in any given expedition. Any upgrades and perks you gain go away after completing or failing your expedition. What remains are your character progression perks and abilities which are tied to the 4 playable characters. -Progression: Playing the game earns you "cans of beans" which you can use to purchase basically everything exciting you will be able to use to blow shit up or upgrade your stats on an expedition. These bean purchases are permanent and feel impactful. Completing all 4 base expeditions unlocks expedition mutators which introduce "alpha mutation" enemies and add difficulty to your expeditions similar to Deep Rock Galactic. -Bugs: I haven't noticed any bugs that are significant enough to mention. If there's any bugs they're probably non-critical. -Multiplayer experience: I have noticed a few people with connection issues but this is pretty common with all kinds of computer games. I myself have not had any issues with connection and I've played on EU servers from California. The people I've played with have been friendly and it's easy to type and communicate with them. The pings and mini-map work well. -Style: I enjoy the style of the game. It's grotesque and there's plenty of options for destruction and self protection. The art and the quips are really well done and are the icing on the cake. -*/10: you don't need a number rating you dweeb, you can read can't you?

Just bought this game 2 hours ago and have been playing non-stop! I love the charismatic characters and funny missions, especially collecting toilet paper in a apocalyptic world, exactly how I'd imagine it be in real life! Can't wait to progress further, keep up the good work!
