HauntChaser is a co-op horror game with puzzle-solving elements and ghost hunting mechanics. Unfortunately, the developers seem to have completely abandoned the game there have been no updates, no new content, and it’s essentially dead. There’s only one map available, the puzzles are repetitive and overly simple, and the gameplay is plagued with bugs. The journey was often more interesting than the puzzles themselves. I especially enjoyed the part with the turtle, which was a cool touch. I wouldn’t recommend this game in its current state as a long-term experience. However, for a one-time playthrough, it’s not a bad choice.If you're just looking for something quick and different to try with friends, it might be worth checking out once. Otherwise, I’d suggest going for more polished and enjoyable alternatives like Phasmophobia or Demonologist. 5.5/10
